This policy explains what OTT24x7 collects, how we use it, and your rights over your data.
What we collect
- Your WhatsApp number (when you message the bot or place an order)
- Your order history with us
- Payment reference / transaction ID for verification only — we never see your card or bank details
- Your name as it appears on WhatsApp (your "push name")
What we don't collect
- Your password, OTP, bank details, card details
- Your contacts / chat history with anyone other than us
- Your location
How we use it
- To deliver orders to your WhatsApp
- To verify payments
- To support you (e.g., resend a key, check an order's status)
- To send order-related notifications (not marketing — see "Marketing" below)
Marketing
We do NOT add you to broadcast lists without consent. If you opt in, you can opt out anytime by replying *stop* to any of our messages.
Sharing
We never sell your data. We share only with services strictly required to fulfil your order: the payment verifier (UPI/crypto provider you chose) and our hosting provider. No third-party advertising, no analytics-broker resale.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you everything we have on you
- Delete your data (your order history may be retained for tax/audit reasons up to 7 years)
- Stop sending you any messages

Cookies
The store uses one technical cookie ("customer_token") to keep you logged in to the My Orders page. No tracking cookies, no ads, no third-party JS.
Data retention
Order data: kept for 7 years (Indian tax law). Payment screenshots: kept for 90 days then auto-purged. Customer messages: handled as per WhatsApp's own retention policy.
