OTT24x7 sells digital products (software keys, OTT plans, accounts). The refund rules below reflect that.
When you GET a refund
- The key / login we delivered does not work and our team can't fix it within 24 hours of you reporting it.
- We delivered the wrong product (e.g. you ordered Office 2021 and got Office 2019).
- We charged you and never delivered, and the order is more than 24 hours old.
When you DON'T get a refund
- You changed your mind after a working key/login was delivered. (Digital goods can't be "returned" β once you have the key, you have it.)
- You shared the key/login with someone else and it stopped working.
- The product was clearly described as "no warranty" or "as-is" and you bought anyway.
How to ask
Message wa.me/917042211374 with:
- Your order ID (we send it on every order)
- A short description of the issue
- A screenshot of the error (if any)
We respond within 24 hours. If a refund is approved, money returns to the same account you paid from within 3-7 business days.
Replacements
For OTT subscription accounts where the original credentials stop working before the warranty period, we replace the account at no charge β just message us with the order ID.
